How long have you been in this specialty and how many cases like mine have you seen? Does your hospital offer bonuses on getting people out of the hospital faster? Who would you see or who would you send your spouse or daughter to if they had this condition? What do you see are my alternatives? Why should I use you if I decide to go with your opinion? There are many more questions to ask and you have the right to ask them. The more serious the diagnoses, the more serious the questions you might want to ask. Don't be afraid to ask anything. Before you go see the doctor, you might want to do a little research on your own. With the internet and all of the information available you may find things your doctor doesn't even know. After all, they spend a lot of their time giving opinions.
